Scalable Informatics has updated our support issue tracker.  If you are a paying customer, and do not already have a support account, please contact us, and we will generate an account for you.

If you would like to become a customer of Scalable Informatics, please also contact us.   As noted on our support page we will suport not simply our own systems, but whatever you have deployed and in use, or are planning to deploy and use.
